Scott Fortman joined Richard at Madel Gibbons Associates in 1986 and played an integral role throughout the 10 years of Richard Gibbons & Associates as senior Project Architect. Scott is now Vice President and Treasurer of Gibbons, Fortman & Associates.

Scott received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University in 1986.

Scott is a native of the Chicago area. He has been an active member of the American Institute of Architects being a previous member of the housing committee and leading many of the yearly "Working with an Architect" seminars. Scott also has donated his time to "Habitat for Humanity" building houses on Chicago’s west side.
